H&M Ink cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. Please specify if insurance is required.
H&M Ink will fold garments in bulk format in a manner that H&M Ink determines to be proper for the garment being handled. Special folding, bagging, pinning, steaming, etc. is usually available for an additional charge.
H&M Ink will ship each individual order to a single location per the customer's request at no charge other than normal shipping charges. A handling charge, in addition to normal freight charges will be added to the customer's invoice for each additional drop ship address. H&M Ink requests that shipping labels and documents be provided for all drop shipments. H&M Ink cannot be liable for shipping or marking errors in cases where labels and documents are not provided.
H&M Ink cannot be responsible for discrepancies in items drop shipped to H&M Ink from a customer's vendor. We must assume that the customer's vendor has made the customer aware of any changes in quantities, colors, styles or sizes. H&M Ink will proceed with the order unless otherwise notified.
H&M Ink will print or embroider garments, both defective and otherwise, that are the property of the customer unless otherwise notified.
If payment not received within 15 days from receipt of goods, there will be a $25.00 late fee applies and $30.00 charge on each return check.
All orders canceled within 48 hours of completion date will be charged 75% of order amount.
Additional charges may apply if excessively time consuming process must be done prior to printing or embroidery. Minimum charge of $25.00 per hour.
Orders for which the production quantities fail to equal or exceed the quantity range of our written quotation will be billed at the normal rate for the quantity actually produced, unless specified otherwise in writing prior to production.
H&M Ink considers a damaged article one that is rendered unusable due to any error on H&M Ink's part, in any phase of handling, storing or decorating, while at our facility.
H&M Ink liability regarding the replacement of damaged articles extends only as far as the article's wholesale replacement cost, up to $20.00 per garment. H&M Ink cannot be held liable for COD amounts, freight in or priority charges. All replacement costs incurred must be approved by H&M Ink in order to be valid. H&M Ink must be notified of defects withing 15 days of receipt of goods.
H&M Ink cannot be liable for articles damaged while embroidering a logo that was not produced at H&M Ink.
